Sometimes we are referred from a past client or someone knows someone who is a real estate agent [ you ].
In the real life world of real estate what makes you stand out from the crowd?
Why would someone hire you?
And how do you gain visibility? You are right if you say marketing but this is just touching the service. You need to dig deeper, much deeper.
In order to stand out from the crowd you must show potential Buyers and Sellers that you understand them.
You must, through your marketing, show them that you understand their hopes, dreams, desires.
You understand their pain.
As an example that “pain” might be
- A home that is too small- growing family
- A home that is too large downsizing
And there are so many other examples, too many to
But the point here is that your marketing must be specific.
